There are a variety of modem cards supported by yuktix ankiDB hardware and ankiDB micro OS includes support for every card. There are various libraries in yuktix ankiDB OS which gives provision to communicate with modems like 4G card, XBEE card, 2G card etc.
4G card
4G card is a part yuktix ankiDB hardware which has a 4G module of SIMCOM. 4G card gives provision for using various features of SIMCOM sim7600 like USB communication, UART communication, Reset key, powerkey based ON/OFF and GPS with active/passive antenna support. Xbee card is a part yuktix ankiDB hardware which has a DIGI 865 embedded on it. Its purpose is to provide local networking cabability to device. With support for sleeping routers, digi is ideal for extending the operational life of battery dependent networks, or power sensitive applications relying upon batteries or power harvesting technology. Xbee base card
Xbee base card purpose is for converting the RS232 UART signals to TTL, because for long wiring of modem it is recommended to use RS232 signal format so Xbee modem it can communicate in TTL signal levels and for communicating with MCU pcb it will use RS232 signals.
